Grubb & Ellis and Vision Development Announce
Ground Breaking of Class A Office Building in Jackson Creek

(Monument, CO) - Grubb Ellis / Quantum Commercial Group are pleased to announce the ground breaking of the new, class A office building located in Jackson Creek Commerce Center, at the northeast corner of Jackson Creek Parkway and Leather Chaps Drive.  Less than a mile from I-25, the new facility offers tenants the option to purchase a condo or lease space from 1,000 to 2,400 square feet.

"This unique building will offer scenic surroundings in a professional atmosphere," says Dale Stamp, president of Grubb & Ellis/ Quantum Commercial Group.  "The close proximity to both Colorado Springs and Denver makes this an ideal setting for all types of businesses."

Jackson Creek is a growing, master-planned community located just fifteen minutes from Colorado Springs, and approximately thirty five minutes from Denver.  "The new Commerce Center was built in response to the needs of a rapidly expanding community," says Stamp.  "With the development of Remington Hill, Jackson Creek's newest neighborhood, as well as the need for a more convenient location for business commuters traveling between Colorado Springs and Denver, the Commerce Center will cater to an increasing demand for office space in the area."

The building, expected to be available in the latter part of 2008, features a wide array of amenities including full alarm and high speed internet access, handicap accessibility, 5/1000 square foot parking ratio for medical offices, 4/1000 square foot parking ratio for general offices, and exquisite views of the Front Range.

Jackson Creek is located adjacent to the Monument Marketplace which includes Wal-Mart, Home Depot, Kohl's, and a variety of other restaurants and retails stores.  For more information about Jackson Creek's new Commerce Center, contact Andrew Oyler or Dale Stamp at (719) 590-1717.
