Vision Development, the developers of Jackson Creek, dreamed of creating a community where families could come together in a peaceful, quiet and safe country setting without leaving the conveniences of the city behind. The only way to do that was to go beyond the suburbs. What they found waiting for them, just 2 miles from the Colorado Springs city limits, was the vibrant, growing town of Monument.
